TB Realty is a fast-paced, multifaceted company that has been serving the OKC area for nearly 20 years. We are growing quickly, and seeking a rockstar Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are extremely detail oriented, thorough, and good at multi-tasking, this position is for you! Experience in Real Estate is a huge plus, but is not required.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for all documents
- Sorting and scanning correspondence into the appropriate electronic folders
- Assist accounting department with data entry, filing, and light AP work
- Assist HR with data entry, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, uploading documents, etc.
- Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate party.
- Back up front desk
- Other administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related role
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel & Outlook proficiency.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Must be comfortable on the phone
- Experience working for multiple executives a plus.
$17 - $20 depending upon experience
