TB Realty is a fast-paced, multifaceted company that has been serving the OKC area for nearly 20 years. We are growing quickly, and seeking a rockstar Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are extremely detail oriented, thorough, and good at multi-tasking, this position is for you! Experience in Real Estate is a huge plus, but is not required.


General Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining an organized filing system for all documents
    • Sorting and scanning correspondence into the appropriate electronic folders
    • Assist accounting department with data entry, filing, and light AP work
    • Assist HR with data entry, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, uploading documents, etc.
    • Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate party.
    • Back up front desk
    • Other administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.


    Requirements:

    • 3-4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related role
    • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
    • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel & Outlook proficiency.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
    • Must be comfortable on the phone
    • Experience working for multiple executives a plus.


    Compensation:

    $17 - $20 depending upon experience
