TB Realty is a fast-paced, multifaceted company that has been serving the OKC area for nearly 20 years. We are growing quickly, and seeking a motivated bilingual receptionist to join our team. This role will have ample room for growth within the company and is perfect for someone who is interested in beginning a career in real estate.


General Responsibilities:

  • Greeting/welcoming guests and directing them to the proper place
  • Answering phone calls and routing to appropriate parties
  • Contacting tenants for showings
  • Entering work orders for tenants
  • Keep office in order/presentable: spot cleaning common areas as needed
  • Assist Portfolio Manager by reaching out to tenants
  • Assist with minor administrative tasks and projects as directed


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Outlook, SharePoint, and Word
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable on the phone


Compensation:

$13 - $16 depending upon experience
