TB Realty is a fast-paced, multifaceted company that has been serving the OKC area for nearly 20 years. We are growing quickly, and seeking a motivated bilingual receptionist to join our team. This role will have ample room for growth within the company and is perfect for someone who is interested in beginning a career in real estate.
General Responsibilities:
- Greeting/welcoming guests and directing them to the proper place
- Answering phone calls and routing to appropriate parties
- Contacting tenants for showings
- Entering work orders for tenants
- Keep office in order/presentable: spot cleaning common areas as needed
- Assist Portfolio Manager by reaching out to tenants
- Assist with minor administrative tasks and projects as directed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Outlook, SharePoint, and Word
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be comfortable on the phone
Compensation:
$13 - $16 depending upon experience
